RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Tutu Spoiled strives to provide excellent customer service and merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at contact@tutuspoiled.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.

The following are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Clearance Items
  • Personalized and made to order items
  • Holiday items ordered within 21 days of the holiday
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Shipping Costs

 Please allow up to 30 days for processing the return

 

PREORDER POLICIES

Tutu Spoiled provides customers the opportunity to Preorder items for the following season. This option guarantees that we reserve the style and size.

 Below are Preorder procedures:

  • Customers should either pay in full; or make a 50% down payment. Code is PREORDER50 if the option chose is 50% down
  • Shipping dates are an estimate and are not guaranteed
  • Once the item arrives we will send an invoice via PayPal for the remaining balance
  • If the balance is not paid within 30 days of arrival the down payment will be forfeited and the items will be returned to inventory
  • If is not a custom item it may be returned/exchanged if you contact us within 5 days or arrival
